-----*Design Only - I design your commission in a third party tool, once completed I provide the json file as well as a furniture list.*Furniture List Covered - I craft/gather/purchase all the furniture and features of your design.*Build - I complete the placement and build of your design in-game.-----My Process⑴ I'll first come see your estate and discuss your dreams and goals of the property!⑵ I'll ask for you to add me in-game and on Discord (if possible). This is where you can send me as many reference photos as you like!⑶ I will take payment and be added to your estate.⑷ I'll spend 1-7 days designing your commission in MakePlace. I will show you progress along the way and have you review before completion.⑸ If furniture IS included in the commission, I will spend 1-2 days gathering/crafting/purchasing and putting them in the house. *Some harder to acquire items may come later.
If furniture is NOT included in the package, I will wait for you to have all the furniture in the estate before moving to the next step.⑹ Once all furniture is acquired and in the estate I will complete the build in 1-2 days and remain shared to the estate for a minimum of 1 week for refinement, polish and any adjustments you wish to make!Et voilà! Your estate is complete!
